We will focus on research on green and low-carbon technologies in urban-rural construction, technological innovation in the inheritance and utilization of historical and cultural protection in urban and rural areas, technology for improving the quality of urban living environment, application of digital, networked and intelligent technologies in urban infrastructure, and integration of urban disaster prevention and reduction technologies We will strengthen the guidance of scientific and technological innovation direction and strategic, reserve research and development layout, break through key core technologies, strengthen integrated applications, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in nine aspects: research on residential quality improvement technology, basic research on the application of information technology in the construction industry, innovation in intelligent construction and new building industrialization technology, and research on applicable technologies for county and rural construction.

 

(1) Research on Green and Low Carbon Technologies for Urban and Rural Construction

With the goal of supporting green development and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality in urban and rural construction, we will focus on key areas such as energy system optimization, low-carbon operation of municipal infrastructure, zero carbon buildings and communities, and carbon reduction in urban ecological spaces. We will strengthen the research and development of green and low-carbon technologies at different scales and levels, including cities, counties, villages, communities, and buildings, to form a green, low-carbon, and circular urban and rural development mode and construction model.

 

1. Theory and evaluation methods for green and low-carbon development in urban and rural areas. Research the theory and implementation path of green and low-carbon development in urban and rural areas, study the monitoring, statistics, and accounting methods of carbon emissions in urban and rural areas, construct low-carbon city indicator systems at different levels such as cities, blocks, and buildings, and develop scenario prediction simulation models and tools.
