1. Requirement Release
The recruitment needs of the group will be released through the following methods:

2. Resume submission
Applicants can submit their resumes based on the job requirements posted by the company. For non published job resumes, we will uniformly place them in the talent pool.
Among them, the recruitment websites currently under cooperation include Zhaopin.com, 51job, and Zhonghua Yingcai. Do not believe the information and contact information posted on other recruitment websites.
3. Resume screening
During working days, the recruitment manager will update and maintain the published recruitment information every day, and conduct preliminary screening of the submitted resumes. We will notify qualified candidates to participate in the interview by phone, email, or text message within 10 working days of submitting the resume.
4. Organize interviews
The personnel who receive the interview notice should attend the interview on time within the agreed time. The company currently does not accept any form of temporary interviews.
Interviews are divided into written, preliminary, and re examination based on job differences. The first time interviewees need to prepare the following items:
a. Blue or black carbon pen or ballpoint pen;
b. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate (personnel with bachelor's degree or above also need to prepare their degree certificate and photocopy);
c. Other qualification certificates (such as English proficiency certificate, computer proficiency certificate, accounting certificate, etc.);
d. Original and photocopy of ID card.
5. Employment Notice
Within 5 working days after the interview, we will notify the qualified candidates by phone or text message. Individuals who do not receive a phone call or text message will be considered as unsuccessful in the interview, and their resumes will be included in the group's talent pool. When suitable positions are available, they will be contacted again.
6. Trial inspection
The probationary period for new employees is three months. During this period, it is necessary to participate in training and internships in accordance with regulations. Those who fail the training or internship exam will be extended the internship period.
